Custom automation systems for SMMAs
More done,with less.
We build custom AI-powered systems for social media marketing agencies. The creative stays human. The busywork doesn’t.
We map what’s automatable in your agency to help you save time and make money.
A night on autopilot — nobody touched a thing.

AI shouldn’t touch the work your clients can see.
Every SMMA owner has seen it: the AI-written caption that reads like a press release, the generated graphic with six fingers, the “personalized” outreach that opens with I hope this email finds you well.
Clients can tell. Their audiences can tell. And every agency shipping that work is burning the one thing they sell — taste.
So we drew a line.
Everything client-facing stays human.
That’s your craft. It’s why clients hired you instead of a prompt.
- The content
- The graphics
- The strategy
- The voice
Everything behind it gets a system.
None of this needs your taste — it needs to run every day without you thinking about it.
- Finding leads
- Scoring & filtering
- Writing & sending outbound
- Tracking replies & bookings
- Chasing follow-ups
- The Monday report
- And much more!
Most agencies have it backwards: founders spending their evenings in spreadsheets while an AI writes their clients’ captions. We build the inverse. The machines take the back office. You take back the work that actually grows the agency.
That’s the whole philosophy. It’s also why we don’t sell templates — every agency’s back office breaks in a different place, so every system we ship is built for yours.
From bottleneck to running system
Map
A 30-minute call where we walk your current workflow end to end and find what's eating your hours. You leave with a scoped system plan — whether you build with us or not.
Build
We design and build your system. You review it live before anything sends.
e.g. an automated outbound system with real-time tracking: scraping, enrichment, filtering logic, outbound sequences, and a dashboard that tracks state from first touch to booked call.
Deploy
Your system goes live on your own subdomain — yours to log into, yours to show clients. We monitor, tune, and iterate as real data comes in.
What we automate
One agency’s bottleneck is another’s afterthought. These are the systems we build most — each one custom-fit to your niche, your ICP, and your stack.
Lead Generation & Outbound
In production for a clientScraping, enrichment, AI qualification, and personalized outbound at volume — with a dashboard that updates state on every reply and booking.
Lead Filtering & Scoring
Stop paying setters to disqualify. AI scoring against your ICP before a human ever sees the lead.
Client Reporting
Automated pull from ad platforms and analytics into a client-ready report. The Monday morning scramble, deleted.

Workflow Automation
Onboarding sequences, follow-up chains, internal handoffs — anything you're doing manually twice a week, wired into a system.
Don’t see yours? That’s normal. The best builds start with “is it even possible to automate…” — bring it to the call.
Built in the open, by people you actually know
Halix is run by Marco Hope and Joshua Ali — computer and electrical engineering students at York University. Joshua leads the AI workflows doing the heavy lifting; Marco leads the design engineering your team actually touches. But nothing ships until we’ve both worked through every piece of it, end to end.
You’re not hiring an anonymous automation agency. We build in the open — you see progress at every stage, weekly updates included, and you always know exactly who’s working on your systems.

Straight answer on pricing
Custom automations start at $2,000 USD a month, plus setup costs that scale with the scope of your project. You’ll have a firm number before we write a line of code.
Keep the craft.
Automate the rest.
30 minutes. We map your workflow, tell you what’s automatable, and scope it honestly — including the parts that shouldn’t be automated.

The fine print, up front.
Something we didn’t cover? Ask us directly at hello@halixsolutions.com — or bring it to the call.
What happens on the build call?
Thirty minutes, no pitch. We map how your back office runs today and tell you honestly which parts are worth automating — including the parts that aren’t.
If there’s a build worth doing, you get a firm price and timeline in writing before we start.
What does the monthly retainer cover?
Everything it takes to keep your system running: the infrastructure it runs on, proactive monitoring and maintenance so problems get caught before you notice them, and minor changes to what’s already built — tweaking a filter, adjusting a report format, updating a template, or pointing notifications somewhere new.
Bigger changes and brand-new automations are scoped and priced separately, in writing, before any work starts.
What happens if an automation breaks?
We fix it — that’s what the retainer is for. Every system is monitored, so most issues are caught before you see them. And when a third-party service changes its API or an integration fails, repairing it is maintenance, not a new invoice.
How are payments handled?
Through Stripe invoices. They arrive by email, and you can pay by card or bank transfer. The retainer bills monthly; setup costs are invoiced as set out in your service agreement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Send us a note at hello@halixsolutions.com at least seven days before your retainer renews, and it won’t. There’s no long-term contract, and your workspace data stays available for export for 30 days after the engagement ends.
Who owns the system — and the data?
Your data — everything your system ingests, produces, and reports on — is yours, full stop. Your deployed system is yours to use for as long as we work together.
The underlying tooling and building blocks we’ve developed across builds stay ours, and your service agreement can grant broader ownership of custom-built parts.
